In your recruitment effort for the Blood Guard, focus on drifters: people without families, commitment or purpose. They tend to be most responsive to our promises of strength and prestige. Offer them the first sample of the boyaress's blood without demanding anything in return. Once they taste it, they seldom have any further questions.
